A information worksheet and renter proposal form will be sent to the Client

The Client meets with our mortgage broker to ascertain the amount of the mortgage the Client would qualified for

The Client obtains legal advice and does their due diligence

The Client meets with our Real Estate Agent to choose their home

The Client signs a lease agreement and an option to purchase agreement

The Client’s home is renovated  

The Client moves in to their new home
