Q. How do you determine the rate payable to the investor?
A. That's easy! If you want a straight return of 10% per year on your money, simply deposit your investment with us and we will pay you 2.5% every quarter (via direct deposit on the first business day of the relevant month) for a term of 3 - 5 years. If you prefer 15% (and frankly who wouldn't), you would receive your return when we sell the related property (prorated for the time the money is in use until it is returned).

Q. Are terms renewable?
A. You bet!

Q. What type of property do you buy?
A. We purchase properties from motivated sellers who either no longer want or can no longer keep them. Motivated sellers included, but are not limited to individuals, corporations, property management companies, and banks.

Q. Who pays all the fees associated with the closing?
A. We do! You pay nothing.
